The Approved Suppliers listed below have entered into an agreement with the University of Toronto to provide Executive Recruitment Services. Contracts are valid until January 17, 2022.
Executive recruitment services includes but is not limited to:
- Develop and execute search strategy: research, data mining, candidate identification and engagement
- Candidate evaluations
- Establish short list of candidates for client interview
- Verify references and negotiate offer
- Ongoing candidate follow-up through first year
