Competitive Bid Request

Purchases greater than $100,000 must be publicly tendered in a competitive bid process (RFP, RFSQ, RFI etc.) to be compliant with internal and external regulatory frameworks. For more information on the process, see Open Competitive Procurement.

Please submit a Competitive Bid Request with details of your open competitive procurement request. A Procurement Officer will review the details, and then contact you to discuss your requirements and the University’s open competitive procurement process.
