Departments can also leverage existing contracts from other U of T departments that were the result of an open competitive process (RFx), or use them as a starting point to draft their own RFx documents.
Process for contracting RFx Approved Suppliers
- Browse / search through the list of RFx Approved Supplier contracts.
- Request contract details by emailing strategic.sourcing@utoronto.ca, noting the contract number and title.
- Review the contract details with Procurement Services before engaging the supplier.
