CFI Equipment article

I’ve issued an ITQ for my CFI project; one of the suppliers has included a CFI discount and the other two suppliers did not included an in-kind contribution in their bid. The supplier with the CFI discount is not the lowest quote. Can I select the Supplier because they provided a CIF Discount and the others did not?

The Financial evaluation of the quotes is based on the Net Selling Price provided for the goods and services. The CFI in-kind contribution is one part of the pricing, and is not used on its own to select a Supplier.

List Price – Normal Discount – Educational Discount – In-Kind Contribution = Net Selling Price

In-Kind contributions do not effect the evaluation process. See below the link to the ITQ Standard Operating Procedure.
