As part of CFI funding requirements, the Normal Discount, Educational Discount, In-Kind Contribution, and Fair Market Value must be clearly documented. At this time, uSOURCE cannot accommodate these requirements and therefore should not be used when purchasing using CFI funds.
Instead, quotes should be solicited using the Invitation to Quote – CFI template, and if the total procurement value is greater than $10,000, a Purchase Order should be issued in FIS.
