Can changes be made to a Purchase Order’s Terms and Conditions?

Yes, you are permitted to make changes to the University’s standard Purchase Order’s Terms and Conditions.

Each Purchase Order states:

Supplier agrees to be bound by the Standard Terms and Conditions of the University of Toronto which are incorporated herein by reference and can be viewed at www.procurement.utoronto.ca, unless the Construction Act applies or unless Supplier and the University of Toronto have entered into an agreement that expressly provides otherwise.
