Are off-campus deliveries permitted for uSOURCE orders?

Off-campus / home deliveries are not possible through uSOURCE.

However, if the purchase is critical to operations, orders may be placed using a Purchasing Card (PCard) or FIS Purchase Order, provided:

• Appropriate departmental approval is granted
• Equipment such as computers and laptops are properly tracked (see Use of Capital Assets Away from University Premises).
