Procurement Restriction Policy

Effective April 4, 2025, the University must comply with the Procurement Restriction Policy. Under this policy, requesting departments must not invite businesses classified as U.S. businesses unless an exemption applies.

Purchases from U.S. businesses may be permitted with proper justification, accompanied by required documentation and reporting.
